пол., гос. упр., амер. запрос о снятии с рассмотрения (процедура, существующая в палате представителей, в соответствии с которой большинством голосов законопроект может быть вынесен на обсуждение палаты, даже если он не был представлен профильным комитетом, через 30 дней после его направления в комитет или 7 дней, в случае если направляется в Комитет по процедурным вопросам)
